In this class you use all sorts of different equipment such as: tyres, kettlebells, kegs, sleds, bands, rings and chains to get an all over brutal body work out that gets results. Originally designed for elite sports or Army, Navy, Air force, Police and Fire Fighter training, now we’re training our next-level bootcamp to anyone that is up for the challenge.
