Muscle Pit 25 Crawford Street, Cannington WA 6107 between 10.00am to 11.00am

This is a WAPA novice event
No State / National Records can be broken

Dress on the day.
A Soft Suit is not compulsory.
No compression clothing is allowed.
No bar grip shirts allowed.
Long socks covering the shins for Deadlift is mandatory.
A T-shirt must be worn for both Squat and Bench.
